About this house rental
Charming typical house renovated late 2018 with private pool and large garden.
For unforgettable moments with family, friends, come and enjoy this large farmhouse near the Rance, the beaches of Dinard, Saint-Cast and the famous port of Cancale. Its big garden without opposite with 2 terraces, swings and swimming pool (10x5) with sight on the fields, promise you beautiful days to relax you with the song of the birds. Thanks to its glass roof, the pool becomes a place of relaxation accessible in any weather in season. It is heated from April 20th to October 15th.
The house consists of a large eat-in kitchen with wood burning stove for the conviviality. The living room has a second fireplace for evenings by the fire. A large room is located on the ground floor, in the continuity of the living room (please note that there are three steps between the bedroom and the living room).
A staircase leads to a master bedroom with shower and adjoining WC, then two other bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and toilet.
This old farmhouse is ideally located to visit the medieval city of Dinan (10 minutes), oysters in Cancale or walk the city of Saint-Malo (30 minutes).
Mont Saint Michel and its bay will amaze you only 45 minutes away.
Plus: English and French channels, swings, private heated and covered pool, BBQ, outdoor furniture, beds made on arrival.

We loved everything about our stay in Evran - the town is charming and quiet and well situated for day trips to other parts of Brittany. We spent a lot of time at the tastefully decorated house, which is both cozy and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge areas so very comfortable. Virginie is an excellent host and the house and pool were unforgettable. We will definitely return and we highly recommend!

A beautiful, spacious gite with great covered, heated pool. Great location outside the village and close to Dinan.

Ce gîte est très spacieux et bien équipé avec un jardin d’une belle dimension ainsi qu’une grande piscine. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et réagissent très rapidement pour répondre aux moindres demandes.
Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour au cœur d’une région qui regorge de lieux à découvrir et de ballades à faire.
