No Pets Allowed. Enjoy the panoramic ocean views from this fabulous home on a hill. An easy walk to the beach and the trails of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Enjoy soothing sounds of the surf while soaking in the Hot Springs hot tub or dining on the main deck. This house has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a comfortable loft, large living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with every thing you will need. One bathroom also has a jacuzzi tub with an ocean view. There is a 60” flat screen TV in the living room with Blueray and WIFI , a 47” flat screen TV in the master bedroom with Blue Ray, 3D and WIFI and a 32” TV in the loft. Absolutely perfect home to stay in! Tons, more space than even the pictures lead on to and incredible panoramic views of the ocean! We sat outside every day and had our lunch and just listened to the waves and enjoyed the cool ocean breeze. 10 out of 10 recommended!!!

This large home is all about the views and the ability to spread out with nice space and high ceilings. Super clean with comfortable beds. If you are a light sleeper, the nightly hot tub recharge at 11:10pm will wake you, along with the water pipes noise from the drip system that comes from the laundry room /shared wall with primary bedroom. LR area has super comfortable and newer couches. The other furnishings and outdoor furniture are older and could use some attention and they could ditch all the personalized decor that takes up table space. You can hear the waves at night, 2 blocks to the ocean. Super location for hikes at Fiscalini.

FYI, there is a water shortage and water barely comes out in the showers and you have to hold the shower head the whole time in both bathrooms. It was very hot for some reason upstairs, and we highly recommend ceiling fans to help with airflow. Window and door vertical blinds dated in the 1980"s are extremely outdated and it feels like they have never been cleaned! Carpet you could be updated as well.
