About this house rental
This beautiful 1400 sq ft home has 180 degree unobstructed views of Sunset Cliffs, Mission Beach, La Jolla and on a clear day all the way to Dana Point. Imagine relaxing on the 700 sq ft deck with a drink while watching the incredible sunsets, surfers and sometimes dolphins and whales. Truly a special spot for young & old. ***Please note this house in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is best suited for a quiet gathering of family getaway***
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The spacious living room, dining room and kitchen have an open flow concept that continues out to the huge deck. Please note, there will be personal items in the house such as condiments, spices, games, and supplies as seen in some of the photos.
Should you want to venture from the house the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Ocean Beach, Balboa Park, Lindbergh Field, Coronado Island and the Point Loma Lighthouse are a short 10-15 minutes away. There is a grocery store, coffee shop, beautiful walking trails at Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, and Cabrillo National Monument all located within a 5 minute drive.

** NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND. If rules are not abided by contract is broken and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.**
**This home is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood. It is limited to no more than 6 people on the property at any time. It is only suitable for quieter groups.**
**House is equipped with a Ring doorbell security system, located outside the home, to ensure safety of all guests**
**Due to moderate coastal climate this house, like most in the area, was built in 1955 and does NOT have AC. There are fans in all rooms.**
**Please note this is a family home, not a remodeled showcase home, that was built in 1955 and some parts are still original.**

The host was beyond welcoming! The home was very welcoming and the deck with the view was spectacular! I cannot wait to come back. If you want a home away from home to vacation in this is the place! Five stars isn’t even close to how much I would rate it!! Great communication with the host who went above and beyond!! I’ve stayed at many rentals but this has been the best overall experience!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Loved the house, it was such a beautiful view to have coffee in the mornings. Close to a lot of the places we visited. Super quiet, family neighborhood and we had an amazing time.

This neighborhood is so peaceful and walking distance to the bluff trails. The views from the living, dining and 2 of the bedrooms are spectacular. So nice to sleep with the sliders open and the fan on for a cool ocean breeze. We were there during uncommonly hot and humid weather for San Diego and are used to AC. Though this house doesn’t have AC, once we got back to the house every day, we would open up the windows, doors and turn on the fans and it would beautiful in 20 mins. Fully stocked house, beds are comfortable and we ordered in from a local Italian restaurant one night to just enjoy the deck. Great host and easy check in!
