Pretty looking, good parking, tidy, free inside pool, kind and helpful staff
Shower door wasn’t closing and it smelled a bit like mold, tiny roads with potholes leading to the hotel, no restaurant or bar

Atmosphere of the property. But because of the pool rates, the total experience is worst ever.
Very tricky way of getting people to pay extra for using the pool. In the general description it says 'free wifi, 2 pools, jacuzzi, gym etc' but this does not mean free POOL. You have to read the small print to see they charge extra for the pools. Allright, no big deal I would say, but then you find out that extra charge is 375 euro a WEEK, for a family of 3. They use a sketchy pricing structure where weekdays are 10 euro pp, Saturdays are 20 euro and Sundays are 25 euro pp. And then on Wednesday they tell you; 'oh it is a holiday, so we use 'Sunday pricing'. Shameless beheviour and my first ever hotel in 25 years of travelling that charges extra, let alone this much extra, for using a pool, in a summer in a country where it is always 30+ degrees, and a pool is kind of the whole selling point of such an hotel/agriturismo. Their response: Oh this is normal in Italy...and we keep room rates lower by this (what's next, charge for the fridge, charge for cleaning, charge for towels?) Later during the week we found other guests, asking us about the ridiculous poolrates... And a few days later they changed the rates to 1 weekday price and 1 weekendprice, still 10/20 euro a day per person. It is a real shame that they do this because other than that the place is nice.
