Old farm with lots of charm in the middle of 4000 garden (trampoline and swing) overlooking the forest, separated by a guaranteed tranquility ru. 7 km from Vezelay, at the foot of the Morvan.
5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, smaller TV lounge with sofa bed, for 17 people.
Downstairs, living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen
1 bedroom (1 double bed plus 1 single bed), bathroom, toilet, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) upstairs 1 very large bedroom (with a large double bed and two more 90cm beds possible) 1 bedroom (1 bed bunk 2 * 90), living room with sofa bed, bathroom with toilet.
At the rear of the house, 2 independent bedrooms with bathroom, one with a double bed and the other two single beds joined together (or not for a couple) possibility of an additional child's bed in the bedrooms.
Ideal for a large family or several friends.

Propriété au calme proche de la forêt où l'on entend le ruisseau.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours et fêté le jour de l’an avec des amis et les enfants. La maison est très bien décorée, elle a beaucoup de charme et à plein de chambres différentes pour que chacun apprécie son espace. Quelques bémols car l’isolation du salon et de la cuisine (veille fenêtre) impose de faire beaucoup fonctionner les radiateurs et la cheminée pour être confort. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir au printemps ou en été. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié les jouets et les BD. Chouette séjour en familles.

Une belle demeure ancienne, restaurée et meublée avec goût. Vous vous sentirez comme à la maison. Bel espace de vie autour d'une cheminée ancienne.
Chambres confortables, nombreuses salles de bain. Nous étions 13, la capacite de la table de cuisine était atteinte.
Attention l'hiver: la cheminée apporte un confort mais enfume un peu, à utiliser avec modération.

Chouette maison dans bel environnement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec 3 familles qui pouvaient chacune avoir leur espace de nuit et salle de douche. La cuisine/salle à manger est un peu petite pour 10 mais ce n'est pas un soucis quand on peut manger dehors. Bons contacts avec la propriétaire très sympa (malgré des soucis avec Abritel).
