Cleanliness, cosy, heaters worked well, lots of space, everything we needed in the kitchen, excellent location. Brilliant value.
To make it totally perfect you could add😉: chest of drawers in main bedroom; hooks in bathroom for towels and clothes when using shower; larger washstand in bathroom.

It was a good size , in a great location
The bed in one room was far too low and had a strange shelf I hit my head on in bed , only 1 towel each , very uncomfortable pillows
