The property is basic, no denying. But it is well laid out, cared for and the host was helpful (let us drop our bags off early). It's clean and functional, it's by no means five star in facilities but I don't think it's claiming to be and you certainly get value for money if all you need is a bed and a place to stay. I'd certainly come back.

Host was attentive and informative and responsive to messages.
Accommodation was clean and tidy, and the house itself was quirky and enjoyable.

It was quite quant, comfortable and clean, but stale cigarette smell throughout spoilt it.
The whole flat smelled of stale cigarettes, I think the smell came through the floor and left the flat with a horrible smell.
