Location and free hot breakfast.
It seems like the hotel doesn’t necessarily pay attention to messages on Booking.com. I requested a quiet room and a travel cot—since we were travelling with a baby—three times before our arrival, yet we were still put into one of the noisiest rooms, right next to a machine that hums for 3 minutes straight every 10–15 minutes throughout the day.
Our first night was unbearable. Every time the machine went off, it woke the baby, and we ended up getting very little sleep. Luckily, after I mentioned it to the front desk the next morning, we were immediately given another room away from the machine. How they handled it was great, but it does make you wonder—they must have known. Another comment on here mentioned this same problem… if your room number ends in 42, you’re in for a terrible night.
We could have had two great nights of sleep instead of just one if they had actually read the messages.

Centrally located
Room had a door adjoining to next room, noisy residents in the next room who repeatedly shouted through and tried the door handle.

I didn't like that they didn't come to clean the room and they didn't change the linen and towels the next day.
