Welcome to our large house, just renovated and tastefully furnished in the center of one of the most beautiful and elegant neighborhoods of Rome, Casalpalocco, surrounded by greenery!
A minute walk from the Le Terrazze shopping center which offers shops, cafes, patisseries, 24h supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, where you can enjoy aperitifs and go for walks.
After a day spent as tourists downtown , the house is perfect for resting and starting all over again!
The completely renovated 200 sqm house consists of 3 floors with a garden and a 2,000 sqm private condominium park where children can play and adults can relax.
On the first floor there is a beautiful lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and large terrace where you can eat, rest or sunbathe. From the terrace you can go directly to the private garden with barbecue.
On the second floor there are: a double bedroom with anteroom and a private bathroom; n. 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with two single beds that can become a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a double bed) with an additional bathroom. On the ground floor two beds tath can become wedding bed, another 2 single beds, a, bathroom, second kitchen, dining table, veranda and access to the garden!
The whole house is air conditioned with air conditioning;
Kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine, induction cooker.
Free WiFi access point; Panasonic Smart TV 43 inches.
The house offers an uncovered parking space for medium-sized cars, and you can also park easily near the road, a few meters, for free. The house also offers a private condominium park (2,000 sq m) where young children can go out.

We had a lovely 8 day stay in this beautiful house. It is traditional yet has all the modern appliances for a comfortable stay.
The house is built over 3 storeys with lots of space for a family. There is a beautiful veranda with a lemon tree overlooking the quaint garden and private park.
The rooms were immaculately clean and the owners left us a lovely hamper for breakfast. They were extremely hospitable, friendly and were happy to provide us with any information we needed.
The house is situated in a charming area away from the hustle and bustle of Rome, yet there is easy access to the city by public transport or car.
All in all, a lovely house which I definitely recommend for families or large groups.Thank you Gabrielle and Sara!
