Das Haus ist sehr schön, entspricht den Bildern.
Es fehlte der Fernseher im Fitnessraum, für uns nicht relevant.
Die Badewannen sind als solche nicht zu gebrauchen, da der Boiler nicht genug heißes Wasser für eine Füllung hergibt.
Das ist im Hochsommer wahrscheinlich egal, aber in der Nachsaison, wenn der Pool schon recht kalt ist, hätte unsere Tochter nach dem Abend-schwimmen gerne ein heißes Bad genommen.
Das Haus liegt eigentlich schön ruhig aber eine Baustelle in der näheren Gegend fing schon morgens um 8 Uhr mit den Maschinen an. Und wenn da Ruhe war, bellte und heulte ein Hund in der Nachbarschaft ausdauernd.
Eine Konoba ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sie bietet typisch kroatische Küche (kein Fisch) und man sitzt sehr schön. Reservierung ist unbedingt nötig.
Wie waren in der Nachsaison (die letzten zwei September Wochen) und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
Der Vermieter Ivan ist ein echter Gewinn, er kümmert sich schnell und freundlich um alle Anfragen. Und seine Mutter ist eine fantastische Bäckerin (persönlich getestet)!!
Wir kommen gerne wieder, das Haus ist einfach schön.
Was helfen würde (vor allem für die Nachsaison) wäre eine Poolabdeckung, die rettet dem Pool immer zwei bis drei Grad.
Wir waren mit unseren gerade erwachsenen Kindern und einem Hund hier. Alle fühlten sich wohl.

Wir waren mit Freunden für 10 Tage dort. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Außerdem gab er uns viele Empfehlungen für Restaurants/Ausflugsziele und Ähnliches.
Das Haus selbst war gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Die Klimaanlage war super und kühlte alle Räume in wenigen Minuten runter.
Ein kleiner Tante-Emma-Laden war in 3 Minuten erreichbar mit dem Auto. Für den Großeinkauf musste man ca. 20 Minuten in die nächste größere Stadt fahren.
Die Lage des Hauses ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflugsziele. Für die Autofahrer als Tipp: Gebt bei GoogleMaps direkt den Villanamen+Ort und nicht die Adresse ein.
Absolute Empfehlung ist die Konoba (Restaurant) direkt um die Ecke (ca. 150m)!
