The ground floor has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 single bedroom, living room with sofa bed for two people, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
On the first floor there is 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 single bedroom, living room with balcony, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and bathroom.
Both apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and washing machine. A large garden with four parking spaces, private pool, outdoor shower, barbecue and covered table provides guests with complete comfort. Relax on the sun loungers by the pool and enjoy the view of the picturesque Višnjan. The outdoor pool can be heated upon request, and it costs 30€ per day..

Porec is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Croatia.
The city is almost two thousand years old, located on the coast, protected by the island of Sveti Nikola. In the old town, there is the Euphrasian Basilica from the 6th century, it is one of the most beautiful preserved monuments of early Byzantine art in the Mediterranean.
