Located 4km from Dieppe in the village of Grèges,
"La Jongleuse" ideal house for families is an old farmhouse of 110 m² fully restored in the countryside, detached house with enclosed garden of 700 m² not overlooked, a terrace facing south, barbecue, garden furniture and garden chair .
Close to shops and multiple activities, you will be seduced by its environment, between the sea and the forest.
Able to accommodate up to 8 people and 1 baby, our house is ideal for spending a few days of vacation with family or friends.
Its ergonomics have been redesigned with its two staircases, in order to be pleasant to live. It has 3 parking spaces.
For your comfort, the gate and the shutters are motorized.
On the ground floor:
-Beautiful bright living room
-Open fitted kitchen, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric fan oven, microwave oven ...
-1 bedroom with double bed 140
-1 bathroom, with shower, heated towel rail and changing table
-1 separate WC
- Boiler room, with washing machine

-1 sleeping area with 2 single beds

-1 bedroom with 2 beds in 90 (possible to put them together, sleeping in 180)

We stayed for 3 nights at this charming house in a very pretty village. Its only 6 minutes from the Ferry but you feel like you are right in the countryside. Our host was absolutely lovely. With her limited English and my very limited French, she was there to welcome us when we arrived and we used our translation apps so she could explain where everything was. The house was beautiful with a large garden over looking fields with 6 adorable cows munching away all day. Very quiet location but only a 15 minute if that drive to the centre or Dieppe. No problem driving or parking when you get there. Supermarkets just down the road too. We also took a trip out to Rouen to find my Great Grandfathers war grave. Rouen is very charming, stunning old medieval style buildings. Took us just under an hour to get there from Greges. House has 2 double bedrooms with lots of space to put everything and a further 4 beds if needed. We loved it very much and hope to re visit again. 07 Sept 2023

La propriété est très propre et bien entretenue, il y a des fiches très détaillées de tout l´équipement, des jeux de société et un grand jardin. Seul bémol, la sdb et le wc de l´étage se trouvent dans une chambre.

Une belle maison dans un quartier calme. Idéal pour explorer la région à partir de là. Rouen est facilement accessible en train depuis Dieppe et vaut bien une visite. Bref, bonne semaine.
