About this house rental
In a park of 4000m2 with an English garden, typical Normandy house flint and timber of 140m2, facing south. Ideal for holidays between woods (50m) and sea (to1. 5kms), accessible by hiking trails.
Our house includes:
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room with wood stove, living room, bathroom, entrance with stairs, a games room and a bedroom with a double bed. A laundry room accessible from outside with a washing machine.
Upstairs: a landing room with a desk and a double bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, a third bed also with a 140X 190 and a cot, a changing table as well as a ensuite bathroom . Wifi broadband.
With family or friends, on foot or by bike, on land or in water, you will enjoy the authenticity of this farmhouse that combines the tradition of old houses and the comfort facilities of today.
Starting point to discover Dieppe, the villages of Varengeville-sur-Mer, Veules-les-Roses, the cliffs of chalk, wood of Ailly and beautiful gardens (wood Moutiers, The Vasterival, Shamrock .. .) or the manor of Ango. Guests can enjoy freshly caught fish dories Quiberville-sur-Mer or enjoy the many nearby restaurants.
Two bicycles are available as well as garden furniture and chairs for 8 people, barbecue.
We leave you with a bathtub for children, changing table, a pot, a high chair, two cots.

The house is amazing: nice, large and equipped with all a family needs. Interior is clean and very pretty furnished. The location contains a huge garden area that invites for doing sports or just relaxing in the hamock. Beach is quite close, about 2km by foot and less than 5 minutes by car. There are lots of great wandering all around the house. Getting into larger cities (Paris, Rouen) is super easy through train connection from Dieppe Station (20km by car from Ste Marguerite). The owners of the house are perfectly kind and have prepared a tremendous map of sights in the closer environment. Looking for a nice area that allows a cosy stay even when the weather is bad? This is the place to be!

Que demander de plus que d'arriver sans voiture, sans problèmes dans une si belle maison qui correspond exactement à tout ce qui avait été expliqué par Romain et Coralie?!
La propriété était plus grande que nos attentes. Le cadre était non seulement idyllique mais aussi adapté à une famille avec enfant en bas âge sans voiture, l'arrêt de bus étant juste en face de la maison et les chemins à travers les bois commencant juste en face de la maison. Le seul petit inconvénient pour nous était de devoir prendre nos propres serviettes de bain, mais j'imagine que pour la plupart des gens voyageant en voiture, cela ne pose pas de problèmes.
Tout était très propre et parfaitement expliqué. Romain s'est même pris la peine d'installer un accessoire balancoire pour bébé et les enfants ont la générosité de partager leur salle de jeux, ce qui est vraiment particulier.
Nous garderons de très beaux souvenirs de ce séjour que ce soit à l'intérieur devant le feu de bois par jour de pluie, qu'á l'extérieur à la découverte de paysages magnifiques.
