About this apartment rental
The studio offers a private entrance and outside patio area . The studio is an 11 x 12 room with a king size bed, mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It has both central air and heat. It also features a bathroom with a large shower and full size washer and dryer. It is separate from the main house that is my primary residence. Main street Ocean Beach is about 1.5 miles from the home. Ocean Beach has shopping, restaurants, and bars.

One block from the ocean cliffs. Many local shops and restaurants. Unit is fully stocked with amenities. The private outdoor patio was excellent! Parking was always available. Very quiet.

Great stay!!! Small place, but just what we needed. There is a fridge, microwave and Keurig. You couldn't hope for a better location!!! Right across from the beach and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars.

The good:
-beautiful & convent location to Ocean Beach
-Bikes were appreciated & needed
-washer & dryer was nice to have
-nice patio furniture & heater outside
-included coffee kcups & coffee maker
What could be better:
-the pillows are terrible .. easy fix
-A mini fridge is needed, could do without the microwave for a fridge or access to ice
-Some actual glasses/coffee cups would be more eco friendly than paper toss away cups
-the bikes could use some maintenance
The not good:
-the place has a “feeling” of being private but with paper thin walls/half walls/fences, anyone can hear anything at anytime
-because of the above, I got the impression that the owner has had instances of neighbor complaints & is overtly sensitive to sound …on our last Friday night, we were enjoying some soft background music & quiet conversation on the patio & at 12:55 the owner opens the door to the patio (only time we saw him during our stay) & effectively told us it was time for bed! What a strange feeling that was …
