Additional rooms include, a open-plan living room with a dining area, kitchen area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, guests can enjoy off-road parking and a small patio area with seating and BBQ. Whitsand is an idyllic property, perfect for a romantic break to the Cornwall area.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, fridge with ice box, electric oven, ceramic hob, TV with Netflix and WiFi. Access to utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and additional freezer space. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Off-road parking with separate secure storage for bikes, fishing tackle and golf bags. BBQ available upon prior request. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub and butcher are 1.4 miles and general shop is 2.4 miles. Note the property is not suitable for infants
