Great family-friendly neighborhood, quiet and clean. Easy walk to the beach, does include stairs at the beach. House had everything we needed including toys for the kids. Only scored 3 stars for cleanliness because of random stains on either bedding, rugs, staircase, etc around the house, mold in the clothes washer, bottles and garbage outside by the hottub, the extra standing fans were covered in dust and filth, and the freezer door was broken and fixed with black electrical tape. The garbage disposal was non-functioning and there were very wonky outlets in at least one bedroom. Towels were left in the dryer upon our arrival, but not all bathrooms had a hand towel yet, and there was only one dish towel for the kitchen in the entire house. Nice house, good stay, but could have been more put together.

This is the third time we’ve stayed in this area and we have not been disappointed. The house is a short walk to the beach, has all the amenities we needed to cook our own meals and provided plenty to do for our tween girls (Air hockey, hot tub, games, privacy). And we were able to watch March Madness on the living room TV (though we couldn’t get the cable to work on the upstairs TVs). It was great to have a couple relaxing days away.

This property was super lovely, great for a couple days away from midsummer Portland heat. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and had a lovely cafe in walking distance. Amazing beach, you could hear the waves from the bedroom!
