Villa Diadema is a fairly modern villa of 240 sq m with a fantastic pool of meters 6 x 12.
Its location is favourable for the beach, being equidistant from various well-known seaside resorts: it is 7 km from Spotorno, 7 km from Noli, 10 km from Finale Ligure and 11 km from Bergeggi with its island.
The strong points are the great tranquility of the place and the privacy of the garden around the house, with two porticoes, a swimming pool, wood oven and barbecue for your convivial moments.
The property has been recently renovated and consists of:
- on the ground floor, a large living area with large windows and a view of the swimming pool, a modern kitchen, a bedroom (with a bed 140x200), a bathroom with a shower and two washbasins and a laundry.
- upstairs, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, a room used as a large walk-in closet and the second bathroom with a large semi-circular bath and shower.

We have enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is located wonderful in the mountains above Spotorno and Finale Ligure.
The villa is well equipped, but everything is there for (just) 10 persons once.
A small draw back is that you do not have good protection against moscitos at the windows, that’s why you need to keep the windows closed in the late afternoon and evening, making some of the bedrooms quite warm/ hot.
Two rooms ( master bedroom and a children’s room with two separate beds).

Haus sehr gross und gut eingerichtet; zwei Schlafzimmer haben allerdings keine Air conidition, sodass man immer alle Türen offen lassen muss, damit die gekühlte Luft auch dorthin zirkuliren kann. Tolle Wiese und riesiger Pool.
Abwaschmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert (nur kalt gewaschen, Schimmel in der Maschine, zudem ist Geschirrkorb immer aus der Schiene gerutscht und hat Sprüharm blockiert); Besitzer war sehr bemüht das Problem zu lösen, aber Techniker konnte leider erst nach unserem Aufenthalt kommen.
Leider etwas abgelegen; braucht unbedingt Auto. In der Nachbarschaft viele Hunde, die unangenehm bellen, wenn man vorbeigeht. Zum Glück waren diese eingesperrt. Beim Spazieren ein grosses Wildschwein im Wald angetroffen - dieses ist zum Glück auch erschrocken und davongerannt.
Fazit: toller Ort, um als Familie Zeit miteinander zu verbringen! Umgebung mässig, per Auto erreicht man aber Einkaufen und wunderschöne Küstenorte problemlos.

What a wonderful place to stay and what a friendly people. We can recommend this to everyone. The pool was great and the house has it all. Marco the owner of this place was so nice and gives us all the good addresses for the best places to go to.

This is a beautiful house, pool and garden situated 10 minutes from the coast. The local towns of Noli and Spotorno are worth visiting, as is Genoa, which has a wonderful aquarium; but our favourite place to be was at the villa, relaxing by the pool or on the terrace. Marco and Carla are friendly hosts and a pleasure to deal with.
