Penthouse is private and has washing machine and a spacious balcony overlooking the water and island. Solid construction compared to silly North American quality. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning works really well!

Slanted roof took some getting used to as well as the shower has more of a slanted part where you could hit your head if you're not careful.

Дуже сподобались апартаменти. Наявність ліфта дуже полегшало перебування. Наша машина стояла у підземному паркінгу. Гриль та столики прямо на узбережжі. В номері була чудова техніка і увесь посуд, два туалета (що для нашої сімʼї було дуже важливо 😀), кондиціонери у обох кімнатах, вид на море.

Шум від дороги. Але цей момент є у всій Підстрані

was greeted on arrival by Antonia with keys and a tour round the penthouse apartment floor 3, all very good and as described, bed was comfy and sea view was super. the shower had good power and hot water, kitchen facilities were good although the toaster is a breville type not UK slot type. could have used some egg cups and possibly another frying pan and a teatowel, but otherwise there was washing up liquid liquid and washing powder for the machine in the bathroom. The BBQ facilities in the garden were good as was the hot tub and sauna too. the local bus service is excellent we travelled to Split, Podstrana ans Omis, buses run every 30 mins and there are also local minibuses in between too (2 Euros any stop)

Just would like to point out that the season does not start until 1st June so there was very little open in the nearby vicinity, except Porat bar but only for drinks (food starts on 1st June!) there was a small restaurant Konaba Gospoja 2 doors away which was good for food from 2pm onwards. There is very little within walking distance in May, the Cuga and M Caffe bars were also shut as was the paddle board hire place until 1st June. On the plus side is that you have the beach to yourself! but take beach shoes as very gravel like.
