About this house rental
Welcome aboard "La Cale aux Pêcheurs"!
You will be at the forefront to enjoy the sea and the beach. Our little house is on the pedestrian dike. By the seafront terrace you access the private entrance and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the 1st floor, the living room / kitchen with its woodwork and stone walls of Caen overlooks the sea in a warm atmosphere ... You will not get tired of the spectacle of the sea and its game of lights!
The Cale aux Pêcheurs is the ideal place to come and enjoy the sea all day long.
Suite of 45m² with a small private garden in front of the sea
T3 with two bedrooms, a living / dining room with kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom (ideal for 2 to 4 people)
In front of the house, a garden will allow you to have breakfast in the sun and barbecue in front of the sea.
Through the independent entrance, you will access your home. On the ground floor, the bathroom will bathe everyone back from the beach!
On the floor, a small living room with its stone wall of Caen and its woodworks will allow you to spend cozy evenings. The kitchen is open to the living / dining room and is equipped with a small fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, toaster and Nespresso machine.
The corridor separates the living room from the sleeping area! The sleeping area is composed of:
- a room overlooking the sea with 2 beds of 80 * 200 can be grouped to make a bed of 160 * 200 and
-d a room overlooking our courtyard to the south with a bed of 140 * 200. A bathroom with sink and toilet will meet the needs of the night! The 2 duvets are in 200 * 200 and the 4 pillows are in 65 * 65.
You can come with your sheets or if you prefer, we can provide sheets and towels for 10 € per person.
If necessary we can provide baby chair, baby bath, cot or potty. Notify us in advance for an optimal organization!

Wonderful property with great views and direct access to the beach.
The apartment has everything needed for a great stay. Communication with Dominik was excellent, he was very friendly and helpful
The property is situated right on the seafront within easy walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. The property is a very good base for a visitor this historic region.
I would definitely stay in this property again and would recommend this property to everyone who wishes to visit.

Tolle Lage, alles was man für einen ruhigen Urlaub braucht fußläufig erreichbar.
Der Vermieter ist super nett, und spricht sogar Deutsch.
Die Wohnung, inklusive Wlan ist absolut okay.
Die Dusche ist aber nur was für gelenkige Urlauber. ...war für uns aber überhaupt kein Problem.

Kleines gemütliches Haus mit Stil und Charme lässt den Alltag vergessen. Man kann gar nicht anders, man entspannt: beobachtet das Meer, die sich ständig ändernden Farben von Wasser und Himmel und die Boulespieler vor dem Haus.
Die wunderbare Atmosphäre wird durch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters abgerundet..
