The VRBO had great views and awesome location. Amentities were VERY adequate. Superbly clean. The only reason I have 4 stars is the check in. We were unfortunately unable to arrive at VRBO until 9:00pm. We were not able to acces the fob in the VRBO because we were not able to get in the gate. We were able to walk in but had not clue where VRBO was. After calling emergency number, which was very responsive, they helped us. Please add to your instructions, what to do if you cannot get into gate.

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the view of the Gulf of America from there. Easy access to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back! Condo was clean!!

We loved the newly refurbished feel of this rental and were excited to get it for the busy week of July 4. We were a bit dismayed to find cheese cracker crumbs in the living room, dirt on the coffee table and more than a few live roaches during our stay. Since we are trying to be as careful as we can during Covid, we had to vacuum and clean the condo after we arrived. The furnishings are very nice and it has everything you need for a family vacation.
