This was probably one of my favorite vacations. I came down with my daughters, son-in-law and 2yo grandson. The unit was spotless and seemed to be much bigger than what I saw in the pictures. Some things I loved; the master BR/bathroom was very spacious and the living areas were large so we weren't on top of each other. The back patio opened into a green space which was wonderful for the 2yo to run around when we weren't on the beach. There were several shops and restaurants within walking distance and there was an open gathering area among those shops that had music, an open fire pit with benches and couches and a bar. Very nice for a quiet wind down to the day. The only drawback which wasn't a problem for us but may be for some was that there were 41 steps to get down to the beach. definitely a challenge if you have mobility issues. We will absolutely come back to this unit in the future. This company was very easy to work with and answered all questions quickly

My family (husband and almost two year old son) stayed here for a week getaway at the beach. The unit was nice but the week we selected happened to be fall break for a high schools and colleges and the beach was very crowded. We enjoyed our ability to run around the grass area off the patio but the furniture had a couple pieces that were broken. The primary bedroom was comfortable and our son stayed in a rented crib from Baby Quip. There was a crib in the unit in the primary walk in closet but the mattress looked filthy.

Location!! This location was fabulous. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. Beachfront amenity was so nice. The beds were lacking in comfort was our biggest complaint.

Beautiful property but unfortunately the owners failed to inform the manager the building would be getting a new roof the week of our stay. Caution tape all around the building including the patio restricting our access to the pool other than walking around all three buildings. Cranes and equipment in the parking lot requiring us to park in an inconvenient lot.. The whole situation was unsafe and a daily nuisance… The last day of our stay debris and nails were literally falling around the pool area and in the pool. Had we been informed we would have definitely stayed somewhere else… Also the rules at Sunset Villa’s are unreasonably strict… absolutely beautiful property and condo but I would not stay here again… literally chased down by security guards because my daughter was carrying her crying baby and pushing her stroller on the center sidewalk… Apparently the owners of the property do not want wheeled traffic on the sidewalk… If a stroller has to be on the sidewalk the child must to be in it or push it in the driveway... I guess that warranted being chased down by the security guard? Anyway.. we were there four days listening to daily noise from the roof replacement and annoyed by repeatedly being asked to move our vehicle and changing our path to get to the pool and beach access… The building should not have been rented during the roofing project. Potentially dangerous situation ..
