The spot is near the tower, and walkable. The rooms are spacious and the balcony is very nice. Its outside
Of the tourist center which is great for a local feel. It was very very hot in Pisa the days we were here and the apartment was not cool. There was a free parking lot near the apartment but it was not always available.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and attractive 2 bedroom apartment in a comfortable neighborhood about half a mile from the tower and 1.5 miles from the train station. There is bus service available from the train station. The apartment has a long deck where we relaxed in the late afternoons. The host was helpful and responded to our questions. The weather in Pisa was very warm in June and the upper floor apartment got quite warm. There is a portable air conditioning unit in one bedroom and several fans. We would stay here again preferably when the weather is cooler.

This place was perfect to walk to Pisa tower , place was very clean and cozy in a great location . I really recommended if you are planning to stay in Pisa or Florence .

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and enjoyed Pisa with our 2 teenagers.
Positives:
(1) Property management was excellent and we were in almost daily contact with support.
(2) The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean with lots of room to spread out.
(3) The local area was well served with an ATM and a Co-op about 1 minute walk away. Look them up because they aren’t immediately visible.
(4)The flat is in a quieter residential area, about a 5-10 minute walk to the start of the main tourist areas.
(5) Wifi was excellent.
Areas for Improvement:
(1) The weather was very hot and this flat gets hot. They had left electric fans and 2 unvented AC units. I believe they are installing proper AC imminently. Fans were a life saver.
(2) If you leave windows open you need to watch for mosquitos. All windows have mosquito netting but think carefully about leaving the veranda doors open. This will probably be the same for all flats in Pisa. I was bitten several times.
(3) The flat is 6 stair cases up and there is no lift so if you have mobility issues, it isn’t for you.
(4) There is a level change on the bathroom floor which caught us out and I almost fell, so again not suitable for people with mobility issues or older couples.
(5) The electricity is a little fragile and we had 2 power outs, but probably not uncommon in Italian flats. Locate the fuse room.
(6) More clothes pegs, a whisk and a working iron would enhance the kitchen equipment.
