Top of refined and cozy Chalet of 100m2 on two levels. Chalet LA COLOMBE is ideal for a stay with family or friends, it can comfortably accommodate 9p (4 adults and 5 children) with its 4 bedrooms, living room of 15m² and a cathedral living room of 20m².
Its privileged location in the station at 1900m allows you to benefit:
- a very quiet environment,
- a south-facing terrace with magnificent panoramic views of the Eyssina peaks
- the proximity (5 minutes walk) of shops, rental shops, the tourist office and the ESF,
- the possibility of a departure and return ski at the cottage (green slope "Adroit"
HOUSING ORGANIZATION:
At ground level:
- A first living room at the entrance of 15m²,
- A double room n ° 1 (bed of 140cm) with room of privatory water and health, storage shelf
- A double room n ° 2 (bed of 140cm) with cupboard
- an independent bathroom,
- an independent sanitary,
- an equipped kitchen opened on the stay,
- A cathedral stay of 20m²,
- A terrace of 10m² (with outdoor table and parasol) offering an exceptional panoramic view.
In floor (mezzanine), the lodging is composed of 2 crossing rooms:
- A room n ° 3 of 15m ² with 2 beds individual (bed 90x200 + bed 90x190cm), convenient of arrangement,
- A room n ° 4 of 15m ² with 3 individual beds (3 beds of 90x200), convenient of arrangement.
HOUSING EQUIPMENT
- The kitchen is equipped with combined oven / microwave, raclette grill, coffee makers (classic and senseo), electric kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob, dishwasher, all the household appliances is new or in TBE.
- The living room is equipped with a leather sofa 2pl, a club chair, alcoves with benches, a TV, a Wi-Fi 4G (free internet access), a table 8- 10 seats, all equipment is new or in TBE.
- A large heated ski room of 20m2 is available at the lower level of the Chalet
- A washing machine is available in the common area of the chalet.
- Two private parking spaces are at your disposal in front of the chalet entrance
OTHER INFORMATION
- An apartment of 45m2 to accommodate 4/6 additional people (2 adults + 4 children or 4 adults + 2 children) is also available at the bottom of Chalet (independent rental). The accommodation has independent access. It can bring the capacity of the Chalet to 14p (6 adults and 7 children) to meet with family or friends.
THE DISTRICT AND THE STATION
The district is privileged for its panorama and its calm while being in the immediate vicinity of the tracks and in a few minutes on foot of the first trade.
The resort allows skiing up to 2750m and has an excellent level of snow (high rate of equipment in snow cannon).

Le chalet est agréable avec une jolie vue. Idéalement placé pour partir skis aux pieds.

Good location close to the slopes. Great balcony looking across town. Small kitchen with no oven. Top floor has steep steps so ok of no small children. Well kitted out. Parking outside.
