About this house rental
Perfect location for a restful getaway on one of the most beautiful islands in the country!
We are owners to this property, and have done everything possible to make it a special place to relax and enjoy family and friends! Complete with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one queen bdrm and full bath on main level and two bdrms and one full bath upstairs). The king bedroom upstairs is huge with a deck, where views of the Sound and mountains are pristine! The other upstairs bedroom sleeps four on a full bed with twin bunk over and trundle. There are plenty of closets and storage space available, and a brand new down couch with queen sleeper (memory foam mattress) in the living room. The kitchen has granite and stainless appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook comfortably. 3 TVs with access to television and movies. We also are in a location where we are able to have lightening fast internet with fiber optics!
The best part about the house is the back yard which includes a fully privacy-fenced hangout space with large hot tub, fire pit, and deck for entertaining. The location is perfect, as the beach is a block down the road, where putting in with a kayak is simple! Downtown Eastsound is a short mile walk, and provides shopping and delicious local eateries with parking if you don’t want to walk. 6 miles away is Moran State Park where there are suitable hikes for all levels, swimming, paddle boarding, etc.

This is an exceptional and centrally located Orcas property. The backyard is a private oasis and the upstairs spacious deck is perfect for watching the unparalleled sunsets. The home is thoughtfully appointed for comfort and entertaining, with cookware and a modern, very chef-friendly kitchen, large, separate bedrooms with comfortable bed/bedding, and a cozy living/dining area. making it easy to accommodate family. The location is perfect - a two-minute walk to the beach and 4-minute drive to town. I could not recommend this property more.

What a wonderful stay with so many thoughtful accommodations all throughout the house - from nightlights to a double-walled French press! The house is just a short walk from the beach, with views of the water from the primary bedroom balcony. A lovely, cozy, quaint getaway that’s also walkable to the downtown shops and restaurants. The hot tub and fire pits were a welcomed bonus, and they generously provided a bundle of firewood for us. Joy was also very generous with check-in/check-out times to accommodate our ferry times and toddler naps. We would absolutely stay again!

Lovely place for our family. My elderly mom took the room downstairs so she could access the main area and hang out with us when we were in the backyard. My teen girls shared the bunk bed and my husband and I shared the large master bed. Loved the thoughtful touches too.

House is well appointed. Kitchen is large and has all the right stuff. We were disappointed with spending what felt like top dollar for a side street house. It was weird having a ring camera pointed directly at the hot tub.
