Relax and Culture:A dream holiday in the lake shore, out of the world, the center of the world.
The villa is situated just two miles away from the town of Bracciano, from the train station that connects the capital, and not far from the historical Forum Clodii with the ancient church of San Liberato (I sec.), and the Castello Orsini-Odescalchi.
The Villa(300MQ), a unique location on the lake shore, is furnished with furniture of great value and representation, two lounges , one of which the music lovers will benefit from a grand piano perfectly in tune, a cozy and fully equipped kitchen with fireplace (30MQ), four bedrooms (sleeps 8) and four bathrooms.
Outside, a large porch with barbecue, overlooking a pool where you can enjoy an impressive view of the Castle.
A well-tended garden of an acre with lush plants, thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate, extends down to the shores of the lake, with olive trees, lemons, oranges, grapefruit, flowers and plants of all kinds. It also includes a children's playground, the dependence of the guardian of the Villa, Laundry and ironing area and a large parking area.
The villa is situated in an enchanted place, full of charm, ideal for relaxing but also for a cultural holiday and halfway between Rome and Viterbo. it 's located in a strategic position full of intellectual curiosity: Etruscan necropolis, medieval and Renaissance castles, lakes, sea, hills, mountains, forests, natural parks, city of art and museums.
The location is just few steps from Bracciano which is famous throughout the world for it's castello Orsini Odescalchi, scenario of social events, famous weddings (Tom Cruise, Eros Ramazzotti) and location for movies. Not to be outdone is the Lake of Bracciano, a protected oasis within the regional Park, which is home for countless species of animals and birds.
The Lake offers a variety of leisure activities, numerous sports facilities as sailing, windsurfing and daily trips by boat. On its shores you may wish to visit: the Romanesque church of San Liberato, surrounded by a famous Botanical Garden and a lush garden, the charming towns of Anguillara Sabazia and Trevignano and the Museum of Aviation Weapons with the most important Italian collection of historical aircrafts. A few kilometres there are many forested areas and the famous Terme di Stigliano with the Roman Spa. Approximately 15 miles away there are the Museo Nazionale Etrusco di Cerveteri and the necropolis of Banditaccia, some of the most important Etruscan sites. In a few miles you also have the very well preserved Castle of Santa Severa overlooking the sea side, with wide sandy beaches.

This is a stunning villa. Couldn’t ask for anything more. It is a lovely family home. We stayed a week, over the Ryder Cup Weekend with our family and 2 grandkids.
The Villa has everything you need. Pool included. The grounds are fabulous, lakeside with its own little beach.
You do need a car to get around but the area is beautiful. Restaurants up in the square near the castle are lovely.
Lads had an hour drive to Rome to see the golf.
The villages around the lake are just as beautiful.
Fab week. Carla met us there and showed us around. Lovely people.

A fantastic location on the Lake which is stunning. Close to Bracciano which hosts some fantastic cafes and restaurants. Not that you will want to leave the villa.
Villa more than accommodated our party of 9 and the extensive grounds are kept to perfection.
My only regret is we only stayed for one week and found that we just started finding our feet towards the end of our trip.
We found a gem and love the fresh water which was more popular than the pool.
