This cottage includes 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living room, 2 dining areas, cable tv, washer/dryer, newer sunroom and with no doubt a beautiful view of the lake.
Whether you are looking for family time, a romantic getaway, a guys or ladies get out of town or just time by yourself, you have found your new retreat. Less than a mile to town, you will find why Bemus Point is the hottest place to be on Chautauqua Lake. The shops, restaurants, brewery, golf course all with awesome views of the lake. Looking for night life...Enjoy it at The Ellicottville Brewing Company or EBC, The Fish previously known as The Italian Fisherman, Village Casino or The See-Zurh House. Yes, all within a mile away! Several other stores downtown (not in pictures) including misc Quaint shopping storefronts, Pizza shop, Wine store, Gas station, Post Office and more.
Looking to head to the Chautauqua Institution? You are in luck....Enjoy the beautiful, easy, 6 mile drive to the institution. Be sure to check out the institutions new amphitheater!

Parking? You will love it! Easy on property parking for many. Ample space to park your trailer for boats/jet skis/snowmobiles etc.
Lastly...Use of dock is included in this rental. But, if you are looking to dock your boat to the dock during your stay, there will be a small additional charge for that amenity. Some have said that this dock may be the nicest "privately owned" dock on the lake. **PLEASE NOTE: Dock stays in lake long as we can leave it, but comes out of lake prepping for winter.

OMG! Scott’s place is truly our happy place! We have rented from him every year for the past 6 or 8 years. Excellent communication, easy check-in, super clean, beautiful view of the lake, and close to local restaurants, library, gas station, supermarket, etc. We valued bringing our dog Snoopy, too. As long as we continue to enjoy good health, we plan on renting once a year for 2-3 weeks at a time. Thanks for everything, Scott! Greatly appreciated!

My husband,sister & brother-in-law enjoyed a Friday & Saturday at this cute cottage on the lake! It was a cold couple of days in October but we had not rented in this area for all of the lake etc. activities that are available, but for quiet & relaxation. We enjoyed a wonderful time & the lake view was perfect from the cottage. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the best place to stay on Lake Chautauqua! Gorgeous lake view, very clean, close to everything, friendly host, quiet neighborhood, and the perfect atmosphere.
