Today, this cozy beach town getaway is equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
A wood deck off of the primary bedroom offers ocean views and opens onto a beautifully landscaped backyard with a large lawn, as well as fig and lemon trees. The outdoor shower is perfect to rinse and relax after a day at the beach. Additional amenities include:

Located close to L'Auberge resort between 15th and 13th streets, this cottage is just a few blocks away from the best shopping and dining in Del Mar. Other nearby attractions include Del Mar Race Track and the Del Mar Fairgrounds (about 1.5 miles away).
If you plan to venture further afield, Del Mar is an easy drive to Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, and Wild Animal Park. 20-minute drive to downtown, and close to the train station.

The house was well stocked and very comfortable. We had the things needed to feel at home—like napkins! And soaps at the sinks! Great location despite having no view. Liked the deck. We sat there a lot. Clean. Easy check-in. Parking!

The home and yard are wonderful for a family. It is within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to SeaWorld. The ocean breeze and beautiful location have us wanting to come back!
