Beautiful decorated country home with 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with potential 4rth bedroom, (office), overlooking Sprague River on a working cattle ranch. Room to roam with 3 miles of the river meandering thru the property. Unbelievable setting, with views to soak in and a very comfortable home with all the amenities that will make you hate to leave and go home. Ten miles out of Chiloquin, with abundance of relaxation, fishing and hunting in the area. Property is 19 miles from the Yamsi Ranch with guided fly fishing and 40 miles from beautiful Crater Lake. Bring your gear (and licenses) and try your luck on the river right at your doorstep.

This is a fantastic place to stay right on the Sprague River. Couldn’t ask for better hosts. Loved Lila the dog. She was a sweetheart. Would definitely rent again when we go back to Crater Lake Nat’l Park.

Our stay was amazing! The property is serene, beautiful, and well-equipped. The details that went into the house are fantastic and tells a story. Overall a wonderful stay filled with great experiences.

The property is excellent and we really enjoyed this country living ..Cyndi is great person and she was super helpful for anything and she even picked up the call at the middle of the night when the water was running low in the house and clarified that is normal as we were running washer and dishwasher at the same time and also the sprinklers were running the whole night.Cyndi even helped the kids to pet the horse and dog ..it was amazing experience for us..
