When booking the home, I expected it to be a college student home as it was only available during the summer and from the pictures it clearly looked like students’ rooms. However, from the pictures, I was expecting it to be cleaner. There were many stains on the carpet, the toilets had dried urine and water spots on them, and the sinks also had dried water spots. I felt better after wiping the toilets and sinks down with Clorox wipes I brought. There was no bath mat in one of the bathrooms, and another bathroom’s bathmat was clearly used and not washed. We purchased our own water because the water/ice machine on the refrigerator looked like it hadn’t been cleaned/maintained in years. We also purchased our own paper towels, napkins, and sponge for dishes as these were not available at the home. The air intake filter was also thick with dust, but the A/C and heat still worked fine. There were only four chairs at the dining table (six were pictured).
The location was great, the beds were comfortable and clean, and there were enough clean towels for our group of six. The home was large enough for all of us to have our own space, but also be able to enjoy each other’s company in the open layout of the kitchen/dining room/living room. Overall, the house more accurately met our needs as a 3.5 out of 5 rating.

Very nice home my only complaint was getting code to enter had to reach out to them and couldn’t get tv to work wish they had information about Wi-Fi and how to use TV other then that very nice place
