The proximity to the entrance to the Falls.
Friendly staff, we were able to leave our car parked on the premises after check out while we were visiting the park.
We stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment. As other reviews have noted, the bathroom and the smaller double room have a window between them, and you can hear every little noise very clearly. The light from the bathroom, when on, also makes it difficult to sleep in that bedroom.
One other thing to note is that the name of the place is not the same as it appears on Booking, and makes it hard to find on Waze/Google Maps - you need to search for Il Casolare della Cascata instead. This is not a complaint but just something to be aware of, especially if arriving late.
