It has a fully equipped two kitchens, flatscreen TVs, free Wi-Fi, free premium cable channels and free parking space. There are 2 bathrooms. There’s also a laundry facility, including a washing machine and dryer — free use of these facilities.
Spacious, recently updated modern upper apartment located close to everything. Only a few short minutes from the Elmwood Village and downtown Buffalo. Only 30 minutes from Niagara Falls. Apartment is newly renovated. It is located just steps from Allentown and the Elmwood Village. Within close proximity to trendy restaurants, bars, shops and cafes. Easy access to downtown, Canalside and the Key Bank Center. The Peace Bridge is only 2 miles. Kleinhans Music Hall is within walking distance.

3. Only the number of guest staying in the reservation may

4. Parking on driveway is allowed if the spot is available otherwise parking is on the street. Please follow sign on which side of the street to park during the week.

This house accommodated all of us very well and we had a great time. It was my first experience to rent a house on vacation and would do it again. It could have been a little cleaner but all in all not too bad.
