Welcome to Phoenix 10! This is a Gulf front 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 10. There is a King in the Master bedroom, a King in the Guest Bedroom 1, and 2 Queens in Guest Bedroom 2, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy a private balcony that overlooks the beautiful white, sandy beaches and crystal blue waters of the Alabama Gulf Coast. This condo has wireless Internet and cable and has flat screen TV's in all of the bedrooms and also in the living room.

Great location for family get together! The condo was nice and clean! Loved being able to walk to restaurants and to FloraBama live music! The balcony provided wonderful beach views and enjoyed the beach with umbrella and chair service!!

We had a fabulous stay! It was the perfect get away place for my mom, sister, and I. It had a great beach view with easy beach access. Would definitely recommend!

Exactly as described and very clean. A supervisor was actually there inspecting the cleaning crews job when we arrived. Great views and a fantastic time. Premium location

My family and I stay in the Phoenix 10 every year love the location and the amenities. This condo could use some updates, the couch was quite literally falling apart and incredibly uncomfortable. The condo states it sleeps up to 10 but we only had towels for eight. I specifically reached out to ask if the condo had a blender they replied yes but there wasn’t one when we arrived. And we found a previous guest’s clothes in a drawer when we arrived. I think the cleaning service needs to be changed out.
