Located in a panoramic villa at the top of a hill on the Umbrian-Lazio border, this apartment is located on a 36-hectare estate near the Magliano Sabina exit of the Rome-Florence motorway, 5 km from the town, on the Umbrian-Latium border.
It has 8 beds, has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living room with fireplace, kitchenette equipped with new appliances, double sofa bed.
The villa has large outdoor areas and has an infinity pool with panoramic views of Mount Soratte and always moving water with a small waterfall - Outdoor hot shower - Solarium - Barbecue - Table tennis - Basketball hoop - Foosball - Wi Fi-Parking inside the property.
The place that enjoys spectacular sunsets and a panorama that sweeps from the Umbrian valley of Calvi to the Lazio countryside dominated by Mount Soratte, is located in a strategic position between Rome (45 minutes by car) Viterbo (35 minutes), Orvieto (35 minutes) , Rieti, Terminillo (40 minutes).
Being an isolated villa it is a very quiet place where the only sounds are the songs of the different species of birds present in the hunting reserve of which the estate is part or the bleating of the flocks and the bellow of the stalls not too far away.
La Sabina is still a pristine region, protected by mass tourism that offers excellent cuisine and has, in addition to the bucolic and agrarian charm, important historical and artistic sites such as the Abbey of Farfa. La Sabina has been an important region of the Papal State and is today connected to Viterbo, the city of the popes, from 30 km of highway, the lake of Vico and that of Bracciano are therefore easily reachable and it is possible to be accompanied by boat from the son of the owner. In addition, the villa is located right on the Umbro border 3 km from Calvi and places like Narni, Orvieto, Terni, Spoleto can be visited with day trips. The agreement between Villa Mirella and the nearby restaurant with an excellent belvedere allows you to taste the local cuisine at very reasonable prices (15 euros).
