About this apartment rental
Ocean front cozy corner suite with stunning unobstructed white water ocean views and invigorating ocean breezes. Nestled in the heart of Pacific Beach, 30 seconds from the famous Pacific Beach Boardwalk and walking distance to the lively Garnet Avenue where you can enjoy a variety of delicious food, pubs and clubs. Centrally located in San Diego, this beachfront condo is close to Downtown San Diego, The San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Seaworld, Belmont Amusement Park and the Crystal Pier. The giant wall of glass windows bring the outside in. When the blinds are up it transforms the living spaces into private balconies over looking the Pacific Ocean. Please come and enjoy the panoramic views.

My home is very easy to access. You will enter through a lobby and collect your key at the lock boxes. There is a parking spot for you in the garage. The pool, spa and rooftop terrace are shared.
Pacific Beach has everything you want. Whether you prefer to spend your time with your family at the beach in peace and quiet or hanging out late with your friends at night there's always something to do. The neighborhood is very safe, there is constant police on patrol. If its peace you are looking for, avoid garnet ave and mission blvd between 10pm and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. If it's a party, you will find it on those streets in full swing on Friday and Saturday. Also, don't miss Taco Tuesday which is celebrated everywhere in Pacific Beach. No matter what your style is, there's something for you here in Sunny San Diego!
Wanna get around? Nearby are bike rentals, scooter rentals like Bird and Lime, and taxis. But my favorite way of transportation in San Diego is Uber or Lyft. I have them both downloaded and check to see which gives me the best deal for a quick trip. Of course, you can always rent a car and use your included parking spot. Just don't forget to avoid traffic between 3pm to 6pm!

The views were perfect and the location was exactly what we were hoping for. Next to the water but away from the night life. Having everything we needed for a day at the beach was a huge plus.

The beach view is wonderful. Listening to the sound of waves made sleep time lovely. The property is in a great location - walkable to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm.

I would give a 4.5 star if able to, but we had a great time in PB & recommend this unit.Pros: The view from this unit is AMAZING! The location is great & easily walkable to restaurants & shops. The parking space was large & right across from the elevator which was convenient. Everything you need for a day at the beach like beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, wakeboards & kids beach toys were supplied. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn't cook. The beds were comfortable. Check in was easy. Matthew was responsive .Cons: One of the bedroom doors didn't close.There were no screens on the sliding glass doors or in the window in the bedroom which was not ideal since you need to keep the doors open to keep the place cool. We were lucky until the last night when a huge bug flew in & it was a pain to get him out. The fans in both bathrooms didn't work. One of the floor boards in the living room was raised which could be a tripping hazard. The rooftop deck was a disappointment. The pool was ok, but you have to walk about a 1/2 block to get there.The washer/dryer is not in the unit, but shared w/other units on the floor. The cost to wash/dry was reasonable though.

The property was clean and had a great location - right on the beach and by a boardwalk. The main TV was good quality. However, the door to the property was really difficult to open and close and lock, most doors didn’t shut all the way, the sliding doors did not lock either. One kitchen cabinet door was falling off. The listing said there were balconies, but you could barely stand on them they were so small. The Keurig only worked if we pressed down on it really hard the entire time and a lot of things could use some updates.
