About this house rental
Typical charming country house situated on the Tuscan hills with an incredible view. Conveniently located just a 15 min drive from Florence, it's the perfect place to unwind and relax away from the chaos of the city center. Newly refurbished, comprises all the amenities that you should need for a comfortable stay. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stays. Small dogs are welcome too. Enjoy a glass of Chianti in the garden looking over the fields of olive trees and we'll think about the rest!
The house consists of a cozy and spacious living room with a fireplace, an en-suite bedroom, a kitchen and a small room you can use for storage.
It is an ideal base for a single person or a couple looking to enjoy and explore Florence and the nearby villages, and all the sites and attractions they has to offer.
The house has master bedroom with a large bed that fits 2 people, the third person will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room.
DOGS ARE VERY WELCOME! We love dogs, we have a few ourselves so don't leave them home! We can take care of them for you if you can't bring them sightseeing with you (at a small extra cost) - just let us know before you arrive.
You will have free Wi-fi access. Towels and bed linen supplied and the bathroom has a hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo to save on your packing.
Coffee and tea will be provided along with a list of recommendations on where to go to experience our city and countryside at its best.

Alessandro was very welcoming and helpful. We loved his clean, well equipped house and the beautiful views over the Tuscan countryside. It was only about 20 minutes into Florence by car and he advised us on the best car parks outside the ZTL zone. He also provided a long list of restaurants including gluten free ones. We highly recommend this place.

We only stayed for two days but it was very enjoyable. The house is well equipped and clean in a very quiet town not far from Florence. The host was very attentive and responsive and made the check in process very easy. She also provided some helpful information to assist with parking and places to go.

The owner and her father were very easy to work, and they cared about making us feel comfortable. The views are as breathtaking as the pictures show. The house is small, but it had everything we needed.
