Beach-N-Bay Getaways welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.

It was the cleanest, most well equipped rental we have ever encountered. It had games, toys, kitchen utensils for all ages; it was equipped with baby/toddler needs; the appliances were new and working (an issue we’ve had in the past); on top of all that it was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful view. The week went too fast!! We also received immediate responses to any questions. Superior!!

The property was very nice with a master bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. The main living area is upstairs so you get to enjoy the view while you relax. The master bathroom is large with a tub, shower, and double sinks. The downside to the mater is there is a window inbthe shower that looks directly into the house across the street. The neighborhood was ok, the street is just the main cut through to get from one side of morro to the other if you dont want tontake main so there was a lot of traffic.

This place was perfect for our family: comfortable beds, great view, plenty of space for everyone from the big couch to table and chairs, nice size kitchen and gas grill for cooking, quiet neighborhood, close to golf course and great walks, and quick communication with rental company. If worried about driveway, just make sure your car is not weighed down when you pull in, then it is not a problem. Highly recommend!

The location of the home was perfect. The views from the Kitchen and living room/dining room were amazing. Two main issues was the driveway, although the listing says that you have to be careful when pulling in we were and our standard sedan bottomed out. Once we pulled in we got out of the car and saw others that left marks on the asphalt as well. Each time we left we had to have one person guide the driver to get out with the least amount of damage. The other issue was the cleanliness of the kitchen. The cookware was so dirty along with the cabinet shelves that we chose to eat out. Although we were not planning to eat out or have food delivered the main concern would be the car you drive when looking at this location.
