-Roaches (all day every day)
The ceiling fan on the porch didn't work and I put in a maintenance request multiple times with zero response. This prevented us from enjoying the screen porch the entire week because it was too hot and humid to sit on porch without the fan on.
-Cookwear was not adequate. Only one frying pan and it was so warped you couldn't even cook an egg in it.

Excellent location Close to beach.
Furnishings a little dated, but adequate for 2 people. Good kitchen area, screened in porch, washer and dryer a plus. Very clean. Two flat screen TVs. Dedicated parking spot. Good communication from property mgr.

Close to the beach and location
Outdated condo, fell down tripping over floor in kitchen that was missing transition strip, needs work Screen door was very dirty and screen was filled with debris.
