Loved the area and the proximity to the beach and convention center. It was nice and quiet while we were trying to sleep. Very roomy for it to be a studio. Had all the stuff we needed in the kitchen and bathroom with the exception of not enough wash clothes.
There were only 2 wash cloths for 4 people. The coffee maker was dirty where the water goes but was easily washed and rinsed clean for use.

It was basically on the beach with fast access. The furniture was comfortable, and it was clean and convenient to everywhere we needed to be. We loved the bright light through the big windows.
Bathroom outlets didn’t work. Needs a pizza cutter.

I loved the accommodations and the secure, easy access to the beach. Also loved the comfort and coziness of the studio. I would stay here again in the exact same villa if possible. All features were greatly appreciated. Loved the location and layout of the building! And the beauty of the beach and marshes is unsurpassed. Had a fantastic vacation and staying at Shipwatch was part of what made it so great!

Kiawah Island is a privilege place. One should go there at least once in a life. The beach is beautiful and plenty of nature.
There are several accommodation options in the island. Price is expensive in all of them and one expects to find everything perfect. This particular property didn't meet our expectations.
