Location is almost perfect...that's what makes this home somewhat worth it Home had a really powerful smell upon arrival

Ants and spiders in the home...not OK Very aged home No BBQ grill Lawn not kept at all Back deck practically unusable as it's in need of serious work. It was hot during our visit and ac couldn't keep the house cool Felt like master shower floor was going to break...strange patch on the floor likely needs a new floor.
