The lower level suite features three beautifully appointed queen bedrooms and one full bathroom, thoughtfully designed with heated floors, a glass enclosed shower, and granite countertops. Every detail has been chosen for comfort, warmth, and quality—creating a true haven in the heart of wine country.

The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the tools you need to prepare delicious meals. The dining area centers around a beautiful farmhouse table built by the homeowner from 100 year old redwood—an inviting space to gather over shared meals and local wine. The living room includes a flat screen Smart TV with satellite channels and Roku, while laundry facilities are available for guest use.
Step outside to the private patio and enjoy the best of Oregon living. The hot tub comfortably seats six, offering a relaxing soak surrounded by orchard views. A high-end BBQ grill and outdoor dining area make it easy to enjoy meals al fresco, while panoramic views of the Cascade Mountains create a stunning backdrop. “We're Keith and Debbie, longtime residents of Dundee and proud owners of Hazelwood Haven. Our home sits on five acres of hazelnut orchards where we raised our three children and have lived for over twenty years. We love sharing this space with guests and often enjoy swapping stories about the area or offering fresh produce from our garden. When we built the home in 1991, the Willamette Valley was just beginning to earn its name for wine, and it has been a joy to watch it grow into the world-class destination it is today. With a little encouragement from our daughter and property manager, Megan, we transformed the lower level into the cozy retreat you see now. We hope you love our home as much as we have over the years.”
Family items (baby gate, high chair, pack n play), yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games (bocce ball, croquet) are available to rent upon request.

Great proximity to all the best spots in wine country! The place was comfortable, clean and convenient. Our only two downsides were that the sprinklers always seemed to be going off whenever we were outside on the patio and the gun club that is nearby starts shooting at 8am and that noise is constant. Otherwise a great homebase spot for doing tastings.

Everything was fantastic! We live in Dundee but needed a place to stay when our house was on the market. We know the area well obviously, and this was a lovely oasis. The cleanliness, comfort and spaciousness of the property suited our needs perfectly. There was plenty of space to spread out, ample fridge, cleaning supplies, coffee, absolutely everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. Bathroom was pristine and shower water pressure truly luxurious. Bed was comfy with the softest sheets! Though the owners of this lovely home live upstairs, we never saw or heard them so felt complete privacy. The LifeStyle Property management team was great to deal with- very communicative and available for any questions. There are very specific protocols to observe, which we felt were warranted to maintain the high standard of this rental. Would stay again and heartily recommend!

We’ve stayed at this property twice now. Each of us likes to have our own room, so this is perfect. This is a great location for wine tasting. Only this time was they gave us the wrong code to get in on arrival. We called and received a quick response with the correct code. We most likely will stay here again!

Spotless and very comfortable, this apartment was a great base of operations for our wine tasting foray into the Willamette Valley. 3 bedrooms, all with super comfy beds and good quality sheets. 1 bathroom, large and well appointed, towels enough for an army, shampoo etc. Kitchen is all on one wall with oddly dim lighting just over stove, and limited counterspace. Great stainless steel appliances, gas stove. Good quality pots/pans, but not many of them: only 1 small, 1 med (w/no lid) and 1 larger 2 med frypans. So if you plan on cooking in quantity, bring your own (as we did). Decent knives. Familys hazelnut trees are outside windows, and we had handsome peacocks and deer wandering by! Tranquil, yet only 3 minutes off 99W in Dundee so you can easily get everywhere you want. Good WiFi too. Would absolutely stay again.
