When you enter this home, you are immediately welcomed into the open-concept living area. Unwind and relax while taking in the majestic, ocean scenery through the large, picture windows or wander onto the deck to watch the sun settle on the horizon. You will find both bedrooms downstairs as well as a full bathroom. You can access the lower deck from both bedrooms-- enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the morning with an incredible view. We also invite your fur babies, we accept dogs! Pet friendly AND ocean views? Can't beat it!

We have stayed with Breen Vacation for 12 years now and stayed in several homes. This is by far our favorite place to stay! We have stayed in this home for the past 5 years now and it’s is so beautiful and peaceful! It was nice to see that they replaced several of the screens so you could open the windows. The one and only thing I would live to see if blinds on the bedroom sliders...I don’t mind getting up early but on vacation you want to sleep in a bit! But that is our one and only thing we wish we had with this house! We already can’t wait until next year!!

While the house is beautiful, it does NOT have a charger in the garage. It has a plug for a charger. But no one carries around a charging cable and without one you can't charge. We arrived at the residence with 24 miles on our Tesla and the closest supercharger was 30+ miles away in Paso Robles. We ended up going to a motel in town to charge for 4 hours at Chargepoint to get enough charge to get to a supercharger.
In addition to this annoyance, the house was a bit dirty with animal hair, etc. Also it did not stock any type of amenity like coffee, shampoo, etc. The bathrooms had small hotel type soaps.
Lastly the property management office asked us to come by and "sign a contract" but only had limited office hours, which, between having to charge and our tours scheduled at Hearst Castle, means we couldn't make it. But not sure why we'd have to again sign something?
For the price we paid we expected more.
