Host was super helpful. I arrived by car. He arranged parking for me and met me there to take me to the apartment. He then gave me a free upgrade to a larger apartment. Given my schedule, I didn't get to enjoy the difference but was much appreciated. Also, I was able to store my luggage at the key return place (the cafe bar below the apartment).

Amazing price/quality, staying in the absolute center of Brussels for just a very humble sum. The owner was kind and let us stay an afternoon longer since there were no bookings that day. Plenty of necessities, for the price at least.
The only thing is that there was a lot of noise from the streets, and specifically the nightclubs downstairs. This was no problem for me and my partner since we sleep sound and stayed out quite late ourselves. I can imagine this is a dealbreaker for some, but not for us.

Very central, convenient and vibrant location in the heart of Brussels - main sights and metro stations nearby. Plenty of nice cafés and restaurants in the area. Comfortable soft bed and large pillow. The apartment was a bit cold, as it was also cold and rainy outside so I recommend to wear warm clothes. Easy and fast check-in in London Bar.

La ubicación es excelente.
La amplitud del apartamento.
Cero mantenimiento.
Las almohadas son cojines huecos, muy incómodas.
Grifos sin presión de agua algunos incluso obstruidos.
Interruptores de luz que no funcionan , todos los días nos saltaba el diferencial.
En la cocina no hay cafetera, el horno estaba sucio y la tapa de la nevera está suelta.
Y por último, el ascensor del edificio es "ridículo" teníamos que subir de una en una y aún así, a veces se nos paraba entre plantas.
Una pena, porque con mantenimiento y un poco de cariño podrían ofrecer una experiencia excelente.
