In one of the most convenient locations in Southland, Greenview is situated on one of the most desirable streets in the Media District of Burbank. This home is within walking distance of the lively Burbank downtown district with its shops, theaters, restaurants, and parks. It’s only a short drive to the L.A. Zoo, Hollywood, Pasadena, or even downtown L.A..
The Burbank airport is also very close, as well as beautiful hiking trails.
This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was well updated, providing a great flow through the house, and features a beautiful backyard to enjoy the warm Southern California weather!
Relax and lounge with your guests in the living room, furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, sofa chairs, Smart TV, decorative fireplace, and ceiling fan for good airflow.
The modern kitchen is outfitted with a five-burner gas stove, double-door refrigerator, dual sinks, lots of counter space, and all the essential amenities. In addition to the dining area with space for up to eight people, the breakfast bar with high-top seating is ideal to gather friends and relatives while preparing a delightful homemade feast!
The bedrooms all feature luxurious linens and pillows, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans for your comfort. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the two others are queen-size.
Greenview has two full bathrooms – One with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination, and the second one with a walk-in shower.
As you step into the vast backyard, you are welcomed by a large patio area featuring outdoor tables and seating, a gas BBQ grill, and a brick fireplace for nice and cozy evenings under the stars. Surrounded by mature foliage and fruit trees, it’s a lovely space for the entire family to get together and the kids to run around.

Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.
PARKING: Private driveway parking. There is no garage access.
Backyard: Not fully fenced.

This well cared for rental was very well equipped and had well maintained details. The street is attractive with mature trees and sidewalks. There are comfortable beds and new appliances. I would definitely stay here again. THe back yard is well appointed with grill, seating area and a space for children or pets. If it came up for sale I would buy it!

This 3 bedroom 2 bath house was a gem! There was a nice basket of goodies to welcome us. All beds were comfortable, I’ve never experienced that. The living area was spacious, the dining room table for six hosted some lively card games and the kitchen was well equipped. The outdoor space was large and felt woodsy. Best of all was the location: Ralph’s was handy at a half mile away, a lovely mountain trail system was a short drive or longer walk (we took advantage every day), and Burbank airport was a quick drive for easy pick up/ drop off. We will stay here again!

Positives:Great location, nice neighborhood, close to many amenities, easy access to Universal, Burbank, and LA, mostly clean, comfortable, quite. Negatives: Several broken floor tiles through ought the property that make it feel dated and abused. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. The property is managed by a third party, and it could be a coincidence, but I started receiving advertising emails from several vacation sites as soon as they had my information. I specifically asked via email if they sell my personal information, and they did not respond. Not sure if VRBO has a policy about it, but they should. Are companies subsidizing the property costs by selling your information? Would be good to understand.
