We had a wonderful stay at this spacious 4-bedroom modern house. The property is well-equipped with a washer, dryer, and excellent kitchen amenities. Walter, the host, was fantastic—super responsive and always available to assist with any queries or concerns we had on-site. The security of the gated property gave us peace of mind, though the drive into the dedicated parking area was a bit tight for our large people carrier—but still manageable. The location was perfect for visiting Universal Studios, Warner Bros. Studios, Griffith Observatory, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and much more. It was also conveniently close to our friends, which was the main reason we wanted to stay in this neighbourhood.

The air conditioning throughout the house worked great, though despite adjusting controls, it was a bit too powerful in one of the bedrooms, located directly above the bed where my daughter slept. It made it difficult to manage the temperature in that room while keeping the rest of the house cool. Additionally, the front door glass panel had a large crack, but the host assured us that the door still functioned fine during our stay in the house Despite these very minor issues, they did not diminish the overall great experience we had at the property. It was a very comfortable stay, and I would recommend this home to anyone, without hesitation!
