The apartment is located at the middle of the famous Shishman street. Drinking your coffee at the balcony, you can feel the spirit of this charming street, known with its bars, restaurants, shop, galleries, bookstores and the young people of our capital, who love this place. You will love it too.

It is 83sqm apartment located at the first floor. The building was bombed during the WW2 and partly rebuild in the 50s. There are kitchen, bathroom, lobby, bedroom and two parts living room.
The apartment is close the Aleksandar Nevski Cathedral, Vasil Levski stadium, located on a very artistic street, full of small boutique shops, cafes and bars, such as One more bar, Bilkova bar just across the street. It is a central historical area with lots of sightseeing. The best clubs are just on 10min walk as well as the most luxury shopping Streets - Saborna and Lege. You can feel the real spirit of Sofia day and night. Perfect location with fabulous interior design, inspired by old classics with brand new furnishing.
There is a paid street parking during the day, but very close to the apartment you can find a secure 24h paid parking.

The flat is well-located in a very cool and new Sofia neighborhood. It’s super spacious for being all the way downtown. It looks partially renovated which is nice. It could use a bit more cleaning. We had a nice stay there.
