The host was very kind and helpful. He welcomed us personally and also helped us get around the city to ge3t to know about some interesting excursions. The property is also very central making sight seeing very easily within reach of the main attractions. Thanks a lot Georgie!

We came for our last evening in Sofia as a group of 6 travelers and the apartment was just perfect for a getaway.
Basically nothing, private entrance from the lobby only to this apartment and in general the best location in Sofia near the metro near the train is perfect

very central location, spacious apartment, Georgi was there to greet me and give me the keys when i arrived, very good communication
bad smell on the staircase leading to the apartment - mind there is no elevator - , apartment wasn't thoroughly cleaned (garbage from previous users were found inside- see picture), only one towel available, bar of soap in the bathroom for shower (who uses a used bar of soap ?), mattress not comfy, a general run down feel in furniture, floor etc.
i guess for the price and location was ok. *** UPDATE owner of apartment says i "exaggerate" or i am lying and i am "Malicious" ( LOL), instead on replying on the facts that i mention and made this review an average one .... Although i didn't want to take it any further, this makes me upload some real photos of the apartment and anyone can judge in relation with what is shown in Booking. Bargain on price had to do with staying for half day more- 6 pm- and giving him a net 60%+ of the daily price (OUTSIDE Booking) which i think is more than fair, as it is also commission free and tax free. Be the judge of that.... Hotel e.g charge typically 50% in case of late checkout at 6pm. Sure if you re 20 years old and in the town for fun, its ok at the end, but if you are used to stay in decent clean and well maintained properties, this one doesn't fit the bill at all.... Sorry buddy, if you want your small business successful and long-lasting , you should listen to what your most demanding clients have to say and improve and not only the people that give10 rating like peanuts. You will thank me later. ***
