About this house rental
This 2013 home has it all, sauna and hot tub, gourmet kitchen, elevator, morning and evening decks, two masters with ocean views, tv room, games galore, full wet bar with built-in mini-fridge in the great room, all built with accessibility in mind. There are two master bedrooms upstairs, one has a large wheel-in shower with three showerheads and wheel under bathroom counter. There is a huge gourmet kitchen with everything you will need to prepare fabulous meals including a 5x8' island with prep sink. There is everything a cook could want from high-quality pots and pans, two sets of dishes, many, many small appliances including an espresso maker and coffee grinder, and spices in the spice drawer. There is a gas BBQ on the deck off the kitchen too. You won't find a shortage of spatulas and specialty cooking items like a zester or garlic press. Everything for cooking great meals!! The beachside deck has cedar seating and two Adirondack chairs as well as a round 3-4 person hot tub overlooking the ocean. There is a cedar sauna on the first level for those that prefer that. There are 4 bedrooms. No futons or hide-a-beds in this house! This home was built to accommodate physically challenged individuals. We even have a beach wheelchair for guests to use.
You won't find a more comfortable home. There is WiFi throughout the house and a 65 inch Smart TV in the theater room with a large, soft, and comfortable sectional with lounger. There are 42 inch smart TV's in both master bedrooms so you can check your email or watch TV in bed. A stereo in the great room with built-in speakers provides music throughout the upstairs. There is a notebook to play Pandora music already hooked up but if you prefer, bring your own tunes on your device and hook them up with the cable provided. There is also an Alexa device you can ask to play any type of music. Lyrics will show up on the screen!! The kitchen has granite countertops, 3 sinks, a pantry, plenty of storage, and many appliances to make your stay complete. There are bikes, boogie boards, kites, sand toys, beach chairs, skimboard, corn hole, and a crab cooker in the garage. An outdoor hot and cold shower makes coming in from the beach easy for the kids and pooches. There is a bin with a variety of dog shampoos, towels, toys, and blankets for the dogs. There is a portacrib and high chair to accommodate the very young as well as baby gates for the top of each stairway (indoor and outdoor). We even have a special “cupboard under the stairs” for the Harry Potter enthusiast. There is a community pool just 7 doors down the street that is open during the summer and available to renters for a small fee. Water is kept at a comfortable 85 degrees so it is nice even on cloudy days.

The listing doesn't do it justice. House was better than I imagined it would be! Every little convenience was thought out and available. Every small appliance, every towel, every amenity was perfect. Someone really knew what they were doing when they put this place together. Thank you for all of it! We hope to come back some day.

The house was great! It was very clean, and everything was well-marked and easy to find. The elevator was a huge plus for our elderly family members. The host even left a welcome bag with goodies and a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch!The only minor drawback was the ocean view. While we could see the ocean and some waves over the small sand dune from the window and deck—which was still stunning—our elderly family members couldn’t quite see the beach or the waves crashing, which they really enjoy.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent vacation stay for a family reunion of four siblings and spouses!! This home is beautiful, spacious, beautifully-decorated, very well-maintained, and filled with sunshine on sunny days. The elevator is a godsend for those with mobility issues. It worked flawlessly. It's difficult to imagine how well-stocked this home is unless you've seen it. The kitchen is large and has an amazing array of kitchen equipment, tools, dishes, cookware, serveware, etc. The kitchen and baths are well-stocked with paper products, cleaning supplies, shampoo, etc. There are many games. The beach view from the upper level rooms is lovely. There is close beach access in front of the house (currently it requires navigating several dunes). Once on the beach, it's possible to walk for miles at low tide. The beach "buggy" wheelchair enabled us to take our sister-in-law part-way to the beach where she watched the waves. It was fun to hear her laugh as she rolled down the dunes! (There is an easy, flat path all the way to the beach, with a heavy-duty fabric sidewalk, near the north end of Oceania Dr.) The larger beds are comfortable although the bed in the room with the roll-in shower was too high for our sister-in-law to transfer into. The shower controls are also high and require help for those in wheelchairs. We appreciate that this home is dog-friendly. We found the home spotlessly clean, and the host is excellent. She responded very quickly to our questions. Highly recommended.
