Welcome aboard the Bay View Beachhouse, the epitome of oceanfront living. From the main living space—your private “deck of your ship”—you'll enjoy a stunning 270-degree view of the Pacific Ocean, Alsea Bay, and the charming town of Waldport.
The home’s decor features a charming nautical theme and a cozy, rustic vibe with wood-paneled walls and an open-plan common area. The true value of our beach house is its incredible location, breathtaking view, and direct beach access. It is a casual, well-loved spot perfect for making memories. You won't find granite countertops or brand-new appliances, but you will find a sense of peace as time seems to slow down.

You will have private access to the entire house and yard. This includes the use of our private wooden stairs that lead directly down to the beach for curious adventures and long walks.
Our property is professionally managed by Stay Cascadia. While we aim to give you your privacy, a real person is always monitoring messages and is available to answer any questions or help you plan local adventures. After over 40 years of exploring the region, we are happy to help you plan some fun adventures. If you need anything at all, just ask!
Streamlined Communication: Our property manager, Stay Cascadia, uses automated messaging to provide check-in instructions and offer conveniences like early check-in or late check-out. Rest assured, a real person is monitoring all messages and will respond to any questions as soon as possible.
Weather & Cancellation Policy: We do not offer free cancellation due to inclement weather, poor air quality, or high wildfire danger. An exception will be made if active road closures prohibit you from accessing the house, or if a Level 2 or higher evacuation notice is issued during your stay. The views from this home are amazing. The house has so much space and so many things to do. From the pool table downstairs to all the games and puzzles. The steps down to the beach were very supported and safe. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed for Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen table even had an extension attached to it. House was very clean, all blankets and towels smelled fresh and the host had timely communication. We loved this home!

Often when I stay in homes that are more outdated, they tend to also be not as clean. This house is super clean. I loved the funkiness of the home and all the knick knacks. The location is unmatched. We crabbed right in front of the home and caught a bounty of crabs for dinner. The view is wonderful with constant activity of fishing boats and playful seals. Will definitely be back to this house!
