Absolutely fantastic location. Large and spacious property, well appointed. Easy to access, had a lift if you needed it and to help take luggage to top floor.
No soap or body wash provided, we had to go out and buy soap. The queen sized mattress had a double bottom sheet that didn’t fit properly, we had to go out and buy a kin sized fitted sheet. Nothing like a clothes airer to dry washing, as the dryer was a washer/dryer combo post that didn’t dry clothes properly.

Overall it is just a great appartement. Great location, comfortable.
Minor things: Kitchen appliances are difficult. Microwave is complicated and you need to read the book to make it work. The washing machine: we never managed to make it work. We sent a text to the staff but never got an answer.

Me and my partner were able to easily get into the property, stay there, have our own privacy, and check out again. The check in process was easy, instructions very clear, and I found the place right away easily. The place is beautiful, huge windows with natural light, nice and aired out, very modern, very comfy, a truly fantastic view and a place you can stay in for the day comfortably if you choose (which we did). It felt very safe, and the bed was very comfy. There was next to no noise at all while staying, and my partner and I dreamed about what it would be like to live together in a place like this - our relationship developed to the next level thanks to this place.

The VIEW!!! (see pic taken from the window!) The convenience of location, the cleanliness - the quick responses from James when we had questions - the huge windows that open right out onto the Cathedral Yard! - the fireplace - the rain overhead shower!
We didn't know to hold the electronic key fob up to a panel to get into the big front door and thought we were locked out till a local person showed us. Turned out fine, but we worried for a minute there!
