We had a lovely stay with family for a wedding. The house met all our needs and is ideally positioned for the city centre, the riverside walks and local restaurants. Would thoroughly recommend it for a city break.

The location was perfect - very central to Exeter and walking to where we wanted to go.
The property was rather run down. Lights were out in the kitchen area, tiles in the bathrooms were cracked and one drain was clogged, which we had to clean out. The owner sent a handyman to fix the lights the next day but he was unable to do anything. The garden was rather overgrown too, although that did not impact us very much
